Wacky weather

Went walking in the fog with my husband yesterday, squishing along the paths and looking at all the animal tracks. The warmer temperatures and gurgling creek had me thinking of spring, but the piles of snow said otherwise.

Then this morning, Jim called and reported seeing three robins grabbing worms from the soaked ground under the cherry trees!

Guess I'll just keep thumbing through the seed catalogs and wait to see what the next weather system brings.

Staff meeting this morning. Tired, roll-out-of-bed start for the group, followed by brainstorming and fun ideas for a new community website and 25-year anniversary.

Thursdays

Today's Thursday. Which means I should be doing PiYo tonight, but instead I have to attend a board meeting. Not necessarily what I would choose to be doing, but the only way to keep everyone up-to-date and get those decisions made. Good news is I have board members that are active and interested.
